You will take an hour and a half long flight to New Delhi. The flight will give you some spectacular views of the Himalayas and flatlands. Check-in at the hotel.

After breakfast, we head out to explore the wonder that Delhi is. Seeped in history, you can observe the remnants of the Delhi Sultanate, the Mughals, and the British Raj. It includes places such as Humayun’s Tomb, India Gate, and Lotus Temple, which is the Bahá'í Houses of Worship in Asia. At the end of the day, you get to enjoy a light and sound show at Red Fort. Overnight at the hotel.

After breakfast, you drive to Agra and enter the state of Uttar Pradesh. The Taj Mahal, located by the banks of Yamuna River, is an ivory marble mausoleum built by Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan for his wife Mumtaz Mahal and is one of the UNESCO World Heritage sites in India. The beautiful lawns in front add to the beauty that Taj Mahal is. There are intricate beautiful floral patterns and details on the walls of the Mahal, which makes it more charming to look at. After breakfast, you make your way to Jaipur in the state of Rajasthan, which too is steeped in history. The state is famous for beautiful forts and palaces built by the Kings that once ruled over the city. The lavish lifestyle can be seen on the outlook of the city as soon as you enter the Pink City. The City Palace, the Hawa Mahal, Amer Fort, Albert Hall Museum, and the Pink City walls are few of the historical monuments you will be visiting. Overnight at the hotel.

After breakfast, you will take the National Highway to Delhi. Flight options are also available. On reaching Delhi overnight at the hotel.

You will take a flight to Kathmandu again, allowing you to enjoy a beautiful view of the Himalayas before landing at Tribhuvan International Airport.

India has a diverse geographical region, so it depends on where you are going and what you want to do there. You can visit the southern part of the country in the winter months (November to March). The temperature is mild and you can enjoy the nature in the national parks. We do not recommend you to visit the northern part of the country in the country as it would be really cold up there. However, if you go north during winter, you can always do bird watching as the migrant species arrive in this period. During summer (April to June), the temperature is mild in the south. You can go for a beach holiday or cultural tours in this region during summer. Summer is also best season to visit the Himalayas in the north. Summer is considered a good time for game viewing in the north.

It is safe to travel to India like other foreign location you visit. You will find very hospitable and helpful people in India. You don’t have to worry about your tour.
