After breakfast, you will head to the holy temple “Pashupatinath ’’. It is one of the most famous Shiva temples in Asia many Shiva devotees come to visit Pashupatinath every year. You will then head for Boudhanath, which is a fascinating Buddhist stupa surrounded by many restaurants, museum, souvenir and bookshops. Next destination will be the monkey temple “Swayambhunath” for which you will have to climb some stairs to reach the top. From the top, you can get a great view of Kathmandu valley.

Today you will see the famous Durbar squares of Kathmandu and Patan.After breakfast, start your tour of Kathmandu with a visit to Kathmandu Durbar Square, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Here you will see ancient temples and palaces, including the Hanuman Dhoka Palace, Kumari Ghar (the residence of the living goddess), and the Taleju Temple. These durbar squares are excellent examples of the pagoda style of architecture which was very famous during the Lichhavi and Malla period. In Patan, also known as Lalitpur, you will see a mix of Buddhist and Hindu temples, including the famous Krishna Mandir, which is adorned with exquisite carvings. You can also enjoy the tourist themed restaurants and shops which are near the durbar squares.

After breakfast, you will head for Bhaktapur. Bhaktapur also presents fascinating examples of the ancient architectures, style of house, designs, and cravings on the historical monuments. Bhaktapur Durbar square and the nearby Siddhapokhari were built many years ago yet they still hold the same charisma.In Bhaktapur, you will see traditional Newari architecture, ancient temples, and pottery and weaving workshops.
